Below you will find a form to fill out in order to report possible cases of street racing, reckless driving, reports of stolen vehicles, and anything that may pertain to the SanStreet Database or the Street Racing Task Force. This board is to be used for altercations or incidents that you may come across that alone may not constitute a SanStreet entry, however is something that we need to take note of to investigate further. Please use the below form to submit information and evidence for future investigations and database logging.

SAN STREET 数据库

SANSTREET数据库（San Street数据库/SST数据库）是用来记录洛圣都警察局管内的严重交通违法犯罪行为及其相关信息的数据库. SST数据库采取对象包括但不限于：逃避执法人员惯犯、街头赛车党、地下赛车车型、地下赛车热点地区和赛车团体据点等.
SANSTREET数据库由交通分局负责主要运营，在条件允许时应当允许其他职能分局接入数据库，以获得执法效能的最大化；在涉及摩托俱乐部等有组织犯罪时，应主动与帮派毒品分局有关单位协调联通.

PERSON OF INTEREST - 人员数据
人员数据是SST的基础数据. 犯罪的车辆可能会变，犯罪的地点可能会变，但只要犯罪的人可以确定，那么侦破犯罪就并非难事. 缩小犯罪排查范围是SST数据库的根本目标.
在所有数据库采集中，人员数据的采集对象最为广泛，包括但不限于：
- 一周之内被开具7张及以上罚单者 - 他们对交通法漠不关心，很可能会继续违规从而危机他人生命
- 受到2次及以上执照停牌或1次以上吊销执照者 - 他们有过执照的历史，但并不知道如何改正
- 有严重交通事故或肇事逃逸史的
- 因逃避执法人员被捕2次及以上者 /
- 街头赛车活动相关人士 - 既包括被捕的嫌疑人，也包括知情的围观人等
- 交通违规的助力者 - 为飙车人士提供车辆维修、改装服务或其他物料资源的
As mentioned above, here is a clear guide of what should be written down when documenting someone's personal information. Mind you, the notes and submission tab is for future arrest on that individual in case of a situation that they need to be documented again, or to update their file. This should be filled out almost every time an officer makes an arrest that is tied to vehicular offenses. ALWAYS ENSURE THAT THE INDIVIDUAL DOES NOT ALREADY HAVE A FILE MADE. In case you come across a new hotspot for racers that hasn't been listed on the SANSTREET DATABASE already, here is the format to post in the SANSTREET DATABASE SECTION.

This guide is a work in progress and will be updated whenever I come available, although, now you should be able to utilize this guide and take note of what should be done and what shouldn't, I hope you find this useful.
